Odisha Small Savings Incentive Scheme 2023 AT series Scheme
To participate in this lottery, the small savings scheme holders have to collect free coupons, those are available both offline and online up to Dt.31.07.2023. Eligible Small Savings Scheme depositors can get these free coupons to participate in the Small Savings Incentive Scheme Postal Lottery 2023 draw to be held on 13.09.2023.
The offline coupons will be available in the Office of the Collectors, Sub-Collectors, BDOs and through authorized agents. Last date to avail free online coupons is 31.07.2023.
And depositors can also avail free coupons online through the official website of ASSA Odisha (Automation of Small Savings Activities, Govt. of Odisha). Last date to avail free online coupons is 30.06.2023.
The Directorate of Small Savings under Finance Department, Govt. of Odisha runs various Small Savings schemes through Post Office and Banks for people of Odisha to encourage savings habit to fulfil their future financial needs. It runs a lottery scheme every year for the Small Savings Scheme holders, where every scheme holder gets free lottery coupons to participate in the lottery draw. The lottery draw has attractive prizes.
Total 2771 prizes would be distributed constituting a total amount of Rs.1.5 Crore.
The first prize is of Rs.5 Lakh and total one number of prize winner.
2nd prize is of Rs.3 Lakh each to total two numbers of prize winner.
3rd prize is of Rs.2 Lakh each to total three numbers of prize winner.
4th prize is of Rs.1 Lakh each to total four numbers of prize winner.
5th prize is of Rs.50,000/- each to total five numbers of prize winner.
6th prize is of Rs.25,000/- each to total six numbers of prize winner.
7th prize is of Rs.10,000/- each to total 250 numbers of prize winner.
8th prize is of Rs.4,000/- each to total 2500 numbers of prize winner.

Launch of Odisha Small Savings Incentive Scheme “AT” Series.
Issue of free incentive coupon under Odisha Small Savings Incentive Scheme “AT” series has been launched for the calendar year-2022.
Highlights of the Scheme:
Period of the scheme- Deposit must have been made in between (01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022)
Minimum amount of deposit -Rs. 2,000/- .
One coupon number is to be issued for deposit of Rs. 2,000/- each
Eligible Small Savings schemes are NSC-VIII issue, KVP, SSA, PPF, SCSS P.O.M.I.S/N.S.M.I.A, P.O.R.D/N.S.R.D.A and 5yr P.O.T.D/5yr N.S.T.D.A.
Deposits must made in any Post Offices or Banks situated within the State of Odisha only. SCSS deposits made in Banks must be a Govt. of India Small Savings Scheme.
“AT” series web based coupons are available in O/o the Collectors, Sub-Collectors and BDOs and through online mode.
Last date of issue of coupon-31.07.2023.
Last date of issue through online mode- 30.06.2023.
Date of draw-13.09.2023.
There are 2771 nos. of prizes in 08 categories.
